Next Saturday October 6th, my wife and I will be walking in the American Heart Walk in Southern New Jersey (Cooper River). My wife is actually a team captain and has recruited 12 walkers so far this year. We have participated in this event for several years as it benefits a great cause.
Almost everyone knows someone affected by heart disease or stroke. This event (held around the nation at different times) raises critical dollars for heart disease/stroke research and education.
