The average price for solds from this time last year has reduced about $20k from $310k If you drive around town there is a for sale sign on almost every block so buyers out there really do have their choice of homes right now.  This has become very apparent as the days on the market are becoming much longer.

Next Saturday October 6th, my wife and I will be walking in the American Heart Walk in Southern New Jersey (Cooper River).  My wife is actually a team captain and has recruited 12 walkers so far this year.  We have participated in this event for several years as it benefits a great cause.
